1. Are your vintage items authentic?
Yes, 100%. We specialize in genuine, era-specific clothing. Every item is physically inspected by Kim Hargreaves and her team at our Llangollen boutique to guarantee authenticity and quality.
2. How do I know if an item will fit me?
Since vintage sizing varies by decade, we provide detailed measurements for every garment. We recommend comparing these measurements to a similar item you already own for the best fit.
3. Do you offer delivery outside of the UK?
No. We ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. This allows us to maintain the highest level of care and speed for our local customers.
4. Can I return a vintage item if I change my mind?
In accordance with UK law, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us of a return. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for details.
5. What happens if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in our packaging, but if an item arrives with an undisclosed flaw, please notify us at support@rowanvintage.com within 24 hours with a photo. We will prioritize a refund or replacement.
6. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Tracked UK Shipping on all orders over £50. For orders under £50. a standard shipping rate applies to ensure your unique items are handled with care.
7. How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched (Handling Time: 0–1 Business Days), you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery.
8. Can I collect my order in person?
Absolutely! We offer Free Local Collection from our Llangollen boutique. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout. Collection Hours: Thursday – Tuesday: 10:00 – 16:30 (Wednesday: Closed).
9. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro). All transactions are secured with SSL encryption for your safety.
10. Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly to meet our 16:00 (4:00 PM) cut-off time. If you need to change your order, please contact us immediately. Once an item has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
