Welcome to Rowan Vintage. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of our curated vintage collection. By accessing our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
1. Our Boutique & Identity
Rowan Vintage is an independent boutique located at Yr Hen Efail, Castle St, Dee Ln, Llangollen LL20 8PN, United Kingdom. The business is owned and operated by Kim Hargreaves (Registered UK Sole Trader). We are dedicated to providing authentic, sustainable, and high-quality vintage fashion.
2. Use of Our Website
Eligibility: You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this site.
Compliance: You agree not to use our products or website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
3. Our Vintage Collection
Authenticity: We specialize in hand-picked, authentic vintage clothing and accessories.
Condition: Vintage items are pre-owned. Minor signs of wear are natural characteristics of their age. We provide detailed descriptions and high-quality images to represent every item accurately.
4. Pricing & Payments
Currency & Tax: All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT.
Shipping Costs: We offer Free Tracked Shipping on orders over £50. A flat rate of £4.95 applies to orders under £50.
Order Rights: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. If a payment has been processed for a canceled order, a full refund will be issued immediately.
5. Shipping & Dispatch
Service Area: We ship exclusively within the United Kingdom.
Order Cut-off: 4:00 PM (GMT/London Time).
Handling Time: 0 – 1 Business Day (Processing occurs Thursday – Tuesday).
Weekly Closing: We are closed on Wednesdays. Orders placed after 4:00 PM Tuesday will be processed on Thursday.
Local Pickup: Free collection is available at our Llangollen boutique during opening hours.
6. Returns & Refunds
30-Day Window: We provide an extended 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Fees: We charge £0 Restocking Fees.
