Returns & Refund Policy

At Rowan Vintage, we want you to be completely satisfied with your hand-picked vintage items. As a small, family-run boutique in Llangollen, we pride ourselves on transparency and fairness.

1. 30-Day Return Window

While UK law requires a 14-day window, we offer an extended 30-day return policy to give you extra peace of mind. You have 30 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return.

2. Item Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: Same condition as received—unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • Tags: Original boutique tags must still be attached.

  • Vintage Note: Authentic vintage clothing often shows minor signs of wear. We carefully inspect and describe all significant flaws in our product listings. Returns based on flaws already disclosed in the description will be treated as “Change of Mind.”

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Email Us: Contact support@rowanvintage.com with your Order Number.

  2. Authorization: We will reply within 24 hours with a return authorization and the shipping address for our Llangollen boutique.

  3. Ship Back: Items sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Faulty/Incorrect Items: If we made a mistake or the item is faulty, Rowan Vintage covers the cost. We will provide a pre-paid Royal Mail label.

  • Personal Preference/Fit: If you are returning for fit or “change of mind,” the customer is responsible for return shipping. We strongly recommend using a tracked service.

5. Refunds & Processing

  • Inspection: Once your return arrives at our Llangollen shop, we will inspect it and notify you.

  • Payment: Approved refunds are issued automatically to your original payment method.

  • Timeline: Most refunds appear in your account within 7 business days.

6. No Restocking Fees & No Exchanges

  • We never charge restocking or hidden admin fees.

  • Because our items are one-of-a-kind, we cannot offer exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and purchase your new favorite piece separately.
