Rowan Vintage is an independent, family-run boutique based in Llangollen, North Wales. Owned by Kim Hargreaves, we were recently honored to be named by The Sunday Times as one of the “7 Best Vintage Clothes Shops in the UK.” We specialize in hand-picked, authentic vintage clothing, focusing on sustainable fashion and high-quality denim.
2. Where is Rowan Vintage located?
Our physical store is located at: Yr Hen Efail, Castle St, Dee Ln, Llangollen LL20 8PN, United Kingdom. We are right in the heart of historic Llangollen, near the steam railway.
3. What are your opening hours?
We are a real brick-and-mortar shop and love meeting our customers in person!
Thursday – Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Wednesday: Closed (Restocking Day)
4. How much does shipping cost?
Orders over £50: Free Tracked Shipping nationwide.
Orders under £50: A flat rate of £4.95 applies.
There are no hidden handling fees or extra taxes at checkout.
5. Do you offer Local Pickup?
Yes! If you are local to Llangollen, you can select “Local Pickup” at checkout. Your order will usually be ready for collection at our boutique within 2–4 hours during our opening times.
6. How long does delivery take?
Handling Time: 0–1 business day.
Transit Time: 2–4 business days via tracked carriers.
Total Estimated Delivery: 2–5 business days.
7. What is your order cut-off time?
Our daily order cut-off is 4:00 PM GMT.
Orders placed before 4:00 PM (Thu–Tue) are typically dispatched the same day.
Since we are closed on Wednesdays, orders placed after 4:00 PM Tuesday or on Wednesday will be processed on Thursday morning.
8. Can I return an item?
Yes. For extra peace of mind, we offer an extended 30-day return window.
Items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Fees: We charge £0 restocking fees.

9. How do I know if a vintage item will fit?
Vintage sizes differ from modern labels. We provide exact measurements for every garment in the description. We strongly recommend comparing these to a similar item you already own.
